Welcome to Elevenses Distillery trade. We’re a small, family-run gin distillery based on the Faenol estate in North Wales, producing handcrafted Welsh gin in small batches for the on-trade and specialist retail.
We are open for new wholesale and trade enquiries and currently supply:

Our 250-litre still allows us to produce consistent, high-quality gin at scale while keeping everything genuinely small batch. We can comfortably support venues selling from a few cases a month through to regular pallet orders.

Recipe Development & Flavour Creation
We also provide a recipe development service for partners who want something truly unique.
Working from our existing award-style flavour profiles or starting from scratch, we can help you create:

How the process works

Initial brief – we discuss your concept, target customer, preferred flavour direction and price point.

Bench trials – we run small test distillations on our development still to explore different botanical balances.

Tasting & feedback – you taste sample options and we refine the recipe based on your feedback.

Scale-up to production – once signed off, we move the recipe onto our main still for full-batch production.
Throughout the process we keep an eye on both flavour and commercial viability, so the final gin not only tastes right but also works for your margin and price positioning.
Lead Times & Logistics

Lead times – standard production lead times are usually around 3–5 weeks from final sign-off, depending on complexity and packaging.

Packaging – we use high-quality, largely recyclable materials and can discuss bespoke packaging options for custom projects.

Delivery – from mixed cases to pallet shipments, we can arrange delivery across the UK.
