USE OF OUR ONLINE SHOP
We cannot sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years old. By using this website you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age. You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence. For this reason, we can refuse an order. You as the buyer are obliged to provide all the correct details when purchasing the alcohol.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Agreement does not transfer from us to you, any of ours or third-party intellectual property. Such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Elevenses distillery ltd and its licensors.
