Deliveries: 

All deliveries will be sent via courier. 

For all UK deliveries please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery after clearance of funds. 

Delivery charges will be a standard rate. 

We will have three dispatch days for delivery, these will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. 

Returns: 

We must be notified of damaged goods within two days of delivery. 

We will refund you with the method that you used to make the purchase. 

Goods must be returned unopened, sealed and in the original packaging. 

Elevenses distillery Ltd will refund you within 30 days of when you first notified us of the damages. 

The postage of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser. If the good is damaged or lost when returned this is the responsibility of the purchaser
