Crafting Our Gin
Our gin-making journey begins with sourcing premium ingredients. Like most distilleries, we procure 96% high-proof neutral grain spirit from trusted suppliers. Our botanicals are a mix of handpicked treasures and carefully selected ones, such as juniper berries, from high-quality suppliers.
Our recipes are meticulously developed in a smaller 2.5-liter still, a process that takes months but is both fun and fascinating. Once perfected, we scale up the recipe for our larger still.
We combine our crafted recipe with neutral grain spirit and water in one of the world's most technologically advanced stills—a 250-liter masterpiece hand-crafted in Poland. This still merges cutting-edge technology with the art of distillation.
The result is a consistently high-quality spirit, with each small batch yielding a maximum of 220 bottles. The distillation process takes between 8 to 10 hours per batch.
The Bottle & Label Design
For our bottle, we chose a clean, round design. In a world full of gins, innovation in bottle design is key. We've added a label pattern that reflects the fruit flavors inside, creating a design that is distinct, simple, and eye-catching.
Keep an eye out for "Alfie," our lively family Labrador, who graces the center of our logo as the face of our company.
