All the gin has been distilled on the "Faenol estate" in North Wales which makes it truly a welsh gin. Although the still used is small, it is one of the most technologically advanced stills in the world. We couldn’t start a gin distillery without making a traditional dry gin. This gin a super high quality dry gin and includes all the traditional botanicals that have been discovered over generations. Botanicals such as Juniper berries, cassia bark, ginger, orris root, liquorice root, orange peel, corriander seed, peppercorns, cubeb seeds and finally angelica. It is truly a high quality craft gin and welsh gin which has been crafted through months of developing and gin tasting.......
